GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Attendance

Only pre-registered and fully paid delegates will be guaranteed access to the event. No onsite registration will be allowed.

Deadline for registration and payment is 16 May 2016 at 5pm.

Please make your payment to APG’s account with the following IBAN: PT50.0035.0667.00004744.930.72 and send the payment confirmation receipt by e-mail to info@apgeologos.pt. Upon receipt of your registration and payment, your booking will be processed. Following this, an email will be sent to you containing a receipt for the appropriate registration rates paid.

The field trip has a limited attendance of 60 people. Preference for these places will be given to EFG members.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the APG Office before 12 May 2016 at 5pm. Any cancellations after this date will not receive a refund. An organization may send an alternative delegate if a registered delegate is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. Please notify the APG Office (info@apgeologos.pt) if you wish to send a replacement delegate.

Waiver of liability
The Portuguese Association of Geologists and the European Federation of Geologists accepts no liability to any persons or body for any loss, injury or damage howsoever and whether directly from any action or cause whatsoever undertaken, organized or sponsored by Portuguese Association of Geologists and the European Federation of Geologists.
